![]() The OSDSYS is hacked/changed via a sub-programm within the FMCB/FHDB-Loader, which loads the original OSDSYS into the RAM, patches it there according to the CNF and then executes it. This only leads to FMCB/FHDB being started. M.: The OSDSYS is hacked, because FMCB/FHDB is an OSDSYS-Update. However, it won't start automatically on those consoles, if you don't have a way to boot into it. R.: It can be installed and manually started. R.: Sony also produced (original) NWAs in China (AFAIK, FMCB doesn't work on the newest PS2s (SCPH-900XX with BOOT-ROM 2.30). ![]() M.: Network/HDD-Adapters which are 'Made in China' are all fakes/clones.
